Brand strategy, visual identity, and investor and tenant presentations for Park Junction, a St. Petersburg destination bringing together food, live music, community, and Mastry's Brewing's new headquarters.

Overview

2024 - 2026,
Park Junction

Park Junction was envisioned as a community destination in St. Petersburg, Florida, bringing together food, live music, and local culture in one shared space. With a food hall concept, live entertainment, and Mastry's Brewing establishing its new headquarters on site, the project needed a cohesive brand that could unite its different offerings and communicate the vision to potential partners. Alongside the brand identity, we developed prospecting presentations to help introduce the concept to investors and prospective tenants.

Process

We developed a brand strategy and visual identity that captured Park Junction's character as a gathering place for the local community. The identity needed to represent the destination as a whole while accommodating its mix of food, entertainment, and business partners.

To support the project's development, we also created prospecting decks tailored to investors and prospective tenants. These presentations helped communicate the destination's vision, highlight its potential, and give prospective partners a clearer understanding of the opportunity to be part of Park Junction.

"You really took the words on the pages and helped paint the visual story. I really beyond appreciate you loaning us your talents and every little bit of assistance... Dude, you are awesome. I owe you a lot of beer by now!"

Outcome

The result is a cohesive brand foundation that brings Park Junction's diverse experiences together under one recognizable identity. Combined with investor and tenant presentations, the work helped establish a consistent way to communicate the destination's vision to both the public-facing audience and the partners needed to bring the project to life.
